Maintenance Supervisor - 2nd and 3rd shift Openings

The Maintenance Supervisor will assist with all maintenance activities to ensure maximum operational potential is realized for the entire plant operation. The role will direct maintenance personnel to ensure that all systems operate at their highest capability, improve reliability and maintenance methods, and develop preventative maintenance procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related Technical field
• Minimum of 1-5 years of related leadership experience in a Manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with maintenance management system operations
• Experience implementing and maintaining TPM Systems
• Understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and utility systems
• Ability to work flexible schedule
