Maintenance Supervisor role responsible for directing maintenance personnel to ensure all systems operate at their highest capability, improving reliability and maintenance methods, and developing preventative maintenance procedures.
Requirements
- Directs maintenance personnel to ensure all systems operate at their highest capability
- Improves reliability and maintenance methods
- Develops preventative maintenance procedures
- Coordinates and arranges corrective and preventive maintenance
- Provides maintenance training
- Assists in diagnosing malfunctions in machinery and equipment
- Evaluates long-term needs and ensures equipment and facility are maintained in a safe, operable condition
- Directs workers in electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems maintenance and repair
- Participates in the QRMP yearly audit and assists in the development of procedures and corrective actions
- Communicates with outside agencies, including contractors, equipment suppliers, and technical consultants
