Predictive Maintenance Technician

Predictive Maintenance Technician will organize and execute all aspects of the plant's Predictive Maintenance needs using various predictive technologies and techniques. The position will analyze data collected from CBM Condition Based Maintenance routes, perform vibration data collection, and manage vibration software database.

Requirements

• Analysis of data collected from CBM Condition Based Maintenance routes
• Vibration data collection
• IR data collection and analysis
• Ultrasonic (UE) data collection
• Root cause failure analysis (RCFA)
• Manage PdM equipment
• Train others in the use of the different predictive technologies
