The Predictive Maintenance Analyst Senior supports the operation and maintenance of the fossil fleet, driving the plant's Predictive Maintenance functions to ensure effective execution of the maintenance strategy. The role focuses on equipment performance improvement and interfaces with corporate support groups and fleet resources to improve the plant's maintenance and reliability program.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ten years of related industrial experience including progressive responsibility (power plant maintenance or operations preferred)
- Demonstrated proficiency in the utilization of resources such as CMMS, SKF software, drawings, and instruction books
- Possess Level 2 certifications in PdM technologies. (vibration analysis, thermography, lubrication analysis)
- Possess Level 3 certification in one of the PdM technologies. (vibration analysis, thermography, lubrication analysis)
- Participate in maintenance and reliability networks and forums to remain current with industry practices
- Experience with RCA facilitation in accordance with Vistra standards
- Demonstrate knowledge of corporate Reliability and Predictive Maintenance standards, processes, and procedures
- Creates and/or supports new ideas to improve efficiency
- Ensures tasks are completed within expected time frames through proper planning and implementation
- Communicates clearly and concisely in written, verbal, and electronic forms
- Demonstrates knowledge of how assigned work activities impact operations and maintenance of other systems and units; uses this knowledge to maximize productivity and safety
