The Predictive Maintenance Analyst Senior is responsible for supporting the operation and maintenance of the fossil fleet and drives the plant’s Predictive Maintenance functions to ensure the plant’s maintenance strategy is effectively executed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ten years of related industrial experience including progressive responsibility (power plant maintenance or operations preferred)
- Demonstrated proficiency in the utilization of resources such as CMMS, SKF software, drawings, and instruction books
- Possess Level 2 certifications in PdM technologies (vibration analysis, thermography, lubrication analysis)
- Possess Level 3 certification in one of the PdM technologies (vibration analysis, thermography, lubrication analysis)
- Participate in maintenance and reliability networks and forums to remain current with industry practices
- Experience with RCA facilitation in accordance with Vistra standards
- Demonstrate knowledge of corporate Reliability and Predictive Maintenance standards, processes, and procedures
- Creates and/or supports new ideas to improve efficiency
- Ensures tasks are completed within expected time frames through proper planning and implementation
- Communicates clearly and concisely in written, verbal, and electronic forms
- Demonstrates knowledge of how assigned work activities impact operations and maintenance of other systems and units; uses this knowledge to maximize productivity and safety
