This role is responsible for supervising and maintaining the plant’s Quality systems to ensure compliance to regulatory, federal, and local laws. The Quality Supervisor will act as a liaison between production and quality teams, ensuring that products meet safety and quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven history of technical quality or production knowledge of policies & programs in Food or relevant manufacturing settings.
- Education or Operational/On the job knowledge of Food Science, Food Production, Manufacturing Quality/Operations, or other relevant environments.
- Strong leadership, technical, communication and interpersonal skills required along with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of quality or production systems, procedures, & policies.
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and all required overtime.
