- Manage Territory performance through regular performance review by store.
- Develop a Territory plan with key store plans which are executed, reviewed and optimised.
- Builds understanding of the customer and uses this to develop customer profiles and plans.
- Building relationships and have a flare for creating win-win outcomes.
- Implement shelf relays on time and according to strategy.
- Meet and exceed individual and business sales targets.
- Efficiently managing your territory and applying your energy to grow the business.
- Driving distribution and shelf space for products in store.
