The Utility Mechanic provides core support for the facility in the ammonia, utility, and building & grounds areas. This position requires a demonstration of strong mechanical skills and operates as a utility department leader.
Requirements
- Three years of hands-on utility experience including ammonia refrigeration
- Detailed understanding of ammonia and Freon refrigeration systems
- Basic electricity knowledge and proven strong mechanical skills
- Ability to work independently after a maximum of 90 working day probationary period
- Good communication skills and ability to work as a team member or lead a team
