Job Description
We are seeking a Principal, Business Operations to drive the growth of our tokenized equities platform, xStocks. As a co-owner of the business, you will partner with leadership to drive growth, own cross-functional initiatives, and scale a category-defining platform.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, or similar analytical roles
- Background at a top-tier consulting firm (MBB or equivalent) strongly preferred
- Strong generalist mindset with the ability to move across strategy, finance, product, and operations
- Experience in fintech, crypto, or financial infrastructure strongly preferred
- Strong structured problem-solving skills
- Comfort operating in ambiguity with high ownership
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across functions
- Passion for fintech, capital markets, and the evolution of financial infrastructure
