Job Description
We are looking for EMEA Regional Customer Operations Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure smooth and efficient operations within the region. Reporting to the EMEA Regional Operations Team Leader, the role requires partnering with regional sales teams and global operations to support customer activity across EMEA, managing the end-to-end order lifecycle, and coordinating with warehouse, logistics, and supply chain teams.
Requirements
- Experience in procurement tracking, operations, logistics, and similar roles
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer issues and operational challenges
- Excellent experience and knowledge in Excel
- Experience with an ERP (Priority ERP appreciated but not mandatory)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Collaborative team player with the capability to work independently
- Excellent communication in English (other European languages can be a plus)
