Job Description
Kramer is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the Central US region. The role combines channel development and direct end-user engagement, requiring a highly motivated, relationship-driven sales professional.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience in Pro AV and IT markets
- Experience in direct sales to dealers or in sales to end customers through a dealer network is required
- Strong understanding of Professional A/V, networking, collaboration technologies, and IT ecosystems
- Proven ability to build, develop, and manage complex customer relationships
- Established channel and end-user connections within relevant markets
- Experience with value-added, solution-based selling
- Strong organizational and project management skills
