Kriya is seeking a strategic and hands-on VP Commercial to lead the next phase of growth for our flagship Invoice Finance products. This is a foundational leadership role where you will own the P&L, define our go-to-market strategy, and scale a high-performing commercial team.
Requirements
- Experience in Invoice Finance, Asset Based Lending, or other commercial finance, fintech and the B2B Payments space
- Experience in a Lead/Senior B2B commercial role, selling payment or software services into mid-to-large enterprise accounts
- A strong network in the industry is highly advantageous
- A proven track record of owning and delivering against revenue targets in a go-to-market role
- A strong people manager, mentor and coach with experience in hiring great talent
- Highly organised, with solid process-building and project management skills
- Enthusiasm about working in a fast-paced, team-oriented, mission-led environment
- Able to commute to the London office 2-3 days per week
- Understands risk frameworks and the risks associated with invoice finance
