Provide exceptional customer service, help people live healthier lives, and treat customers/employees fairly and ethically. Provide direct patient intervention, order medications and supplies, and maintain departmental standards.
Requirements
- Comply with local, state and federal regulations
- Maintain departmental standards
- Count, measure and prepare specified product
- Complete billing procedures
- Answer phone and triage calls
- Understand and adhere to guidelines on accepting and tendering vendor coupons
- Understand and follow the company guidelines on the operation of the cash register
- Provide a stellar customer experience
- Assist pharmacist in all responsibilities except those that require a pharmacist’s professional judgement
- Understand and adhere to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations
