Provide exceptional customer service, provide health and wellness services, and comply with regulations in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment.
Requirements
- Comply with local, state and federal regulations
- Maintain departmental standards
- Count, measure and prepare specified product
- Complete billing procedures
- Answer phone and triage calls
- Understand and adhere to guidelines on accepting and tendering vendor coupons
- Understand and follow the company guidelines on the operation of the cash register
- Provide a stellar customer experience
- Assist pharmacist in all responsibilities except those that require a pharmacist’s professional judgement
- Support company health and wellness initiatives
- Put away legend orders, including Central Fill deliveries
- Ability to work cooperatively in high paced and sometimes stressful environment
- Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner
- Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
- Ability to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary to resolve customer and business issues
