Job Description
Provide exceptional customer service and provide health and wellness services to customers. Comply with local, state, and federal regulations and follow company guidelines on inventory management and cash handling.
Requirements
- Comply with local, state, and federal regulations
- Maintain departmental standards
- Count, measure, and prepare specified product
- Complete billing procedures
- Answer phone and triage calls
- Understand and adhere to guidelines on accepting and tendering vendor coupons
- Understand and follow the company guidelines on the operation of the cash register
- Assist pharmacist in all responsibilities except those that require a pharmacist's professional judgement
- Understand and adhere to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations
