- Label, stock and inventory department merchandise
- Report product ordering/shipping discrepancies to the department manager
- Stay current with present, future, seasonal and special ads
- Adhere to all safety procedures and identify unsafe conditions
- Notify management of customer or employee accidents and report all safety risks
- Manage conflicts in a reasonable and cooperative manner
- Provide support and assistance to customers with special needs
