We are looking for an experienced leader with a passion for patient-centered medicine and team development for a modern geriatric rehabilitation clinic in Southern Germany.

Requirements

• Leadership of the geriatric rehabilitation clinic in accordance with the Chief Physician contract
• Ensuring high-quality, evidence-based patient care
• Development and optimization of the geriatric treatment concept and inpatient and outpatient offers
• Leadership, promotion, and development of the medical team
• Responsibility for diagnosis, treatment, and documentation of all patient cases
• Conducting Chief Visits and treating privately insured patients
• Guiding and supervising assistant physicians in the context of further training
• Organizing service plans, holiday, and further education regulations
• Interdisciplinary cooperation and care of external cooperations
• Representation of the clinic inside and outside
• Participation in the call duty service
