Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Senior Physician for Internal Medicine with a focus on Geriatrics in a part-time or full-time position in a non-unionised location near Frankfurt. The job offers a balanced workload without night and weekend shifts.
Requirements
- Comprehensive medical care of geriatric patients (including diagnosis, treatment, and care for multiple chronic conditions).
- Development and implementation of interdisciplinary treatment concepts (collaboration with nursing staff, physio-, ergo-, and logotherapy, social services, etc.).
- Participation in visits, case conferences, and team meetings, and possibly supervision of assistant physicians and residents.
- Specialist recognition in Internal Medicine, General Medicine, or Neurology (ideally with additional specialization in Geriatrics).
- Experience in dealing with multimorbid older patients and knowledge of diagnosis and treatment of age-related diseases.
- Team and communication skills for interdisciplinary collaboration with nursing staff, therapy professionals, and relatives.
