Job Description
At KSM, we are looking for IT Business Analysts to join high-impact implementation projects. As an IT Business Analyst, you will participate in the analysis, design and implementation of complex IT and AI-enabled projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information.
- Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of financial concepts and metrics.
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language.
