Card Support Specialist I

We are looking for a service-minded individual to join our team as a Card Support Specialist I. The position is responsible for efficiently and accurately performing Card Service duties, working with members and staff on ATM/Debit/Credit Card issues, and cross-selling Credit Union products and services. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and financial industry experience is preferred.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Financial industry experience (strongly preferred)
• Regular and predictable attendance
• Ability to work cooperatively with others
