The Business Analysis Team Lead is responsible for establishing, developing, and leading the organization’s system analysis practices, overseeing a community of system analysts, and collaborating closely with product owners, UX designers, solution architects, developers, and QA teams.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of epics/users stories engineering
- Expertise in system and process modelling techniques
- Familiarity with integration concepts, APIs, messaging, data management and system interoperability principles
- Experience with user stories management, documentation and modelling tools
- Understanding of software development methodologies
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to build consensus and drive clarity in ambiguous environments
- Experience coordinating or leading analysis work across multiple teams
- Ability to mentor and grow analytical competencies within the chapter
