Business Analysis Team Lead

The Business Analysis Team Lead is responsible for establishing, developing, and leading the organization’s system analysis practices, overseeing a community of system analysts, and collaborating closely with product owners, UX designers, solution architects, developers, and QA teams.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of epics/users stories engineering
• Expertise in system and process modelling techniques
• Familiarity with integration concepts, APIs, messaging, data management and system interoperability principles
• Experience with user stories management, documentation and modelling tools
• Understanding of software development methodologies
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Ability to build consensus and drive clarity in ambiguous environments
• Experience coordinating or leading analysis work across multiple teams
• Ability to mentor and grow analytical competencies within the chapter
