Job Description
Handle tours, provide dedicated support to ensure customer satisfaction, and provide efficient solutions to problems that may arise. Also, function as a local PR agent and sales support to maintain existing customer relationships and promote future business.
Requirements
- 1-2 years' experience in customer service/travel industry/call centre
- Previous Contact Centre technology knowledge
- Travel industry market & culture understanding/experience for APAC/EMEA
- Business level of English (both verbal and written)
- Native level fluency of Japanese (both verbal and written)
- Computer literacy – experience in working with Microsoft Office
