Are you an experienced programme manager with a strong background in civil society partnerships? Do you want to contribute to feminist peacebuilding and human rights work in Armenia and the South Caucasus region?
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human rights, peace studies, gender studies, political science, development studies or another relevant field
- Several years of professional experience designing, managing and implementing development or human rights programmes
- Experience working with women’s rights and/or peacebuilding
- Strong experience in project cycle management, including planning, monitoring, evaluation and budget follow-up
- Experience working with institutional donors such as Sida or the EU
- Deep understanding of the Armenian context
- Experience working collaboratively with local civil society organisations
- Experience identifying organisational needs and providing capacity building and strategic support
- Excellent written and spoken English and Armenian
- Strong analytical, communication and reporting skills
