Payroll Director

Reporting to the VP of Human Resources & Payroll, the Payroll Director will oversee the operations of the organization's field and corporate payroll functions, supporting 700+ workers in approximately 20 states. The ideal candidate is hard-working, organized, enjoys problem-solving, new challenges, and performs well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Oversees activities of payroll with one payroll specialist
• Ensures compliance with payroll laws and regulations
• Collaborates with the Executive Team, Finance and HR to create payroll reports and forecasts
• Trains and develops the payroll team and project field support to follow and administer payroll processes
• Assists with the onboarding process for new hires
• Lead by example and promote KVP Energy Services Core Values
