Job Description
This is an on-site Assistant Manager position within a retail or restaurant setting. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service, training and supporting the station manager, managing employee tasks, maintaining store operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Requirements
- Provide customer service and handle complaints.
- Set an example for all employees.
- Assist with training, development, and management of station employees.
- Assist in managing cash, inventory, fuel, and communication.
- Ensure store cleanliness and provide a safe work environment.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Must possess good oral and written skills.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds and pass a background check related to alcohol sale.
