Job Description
Kelley's Market is seeking an Assistant Station Manager to support daily operations, provide excellent customer service, and guide team performance. This is a second-in-command role with responsibility for leading team members, upholding store standards, and maintaining a positive work environment. The Assistant Station Manager supports both sales and operational functions within the store.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- 3+ years of experience in a convenience store, gas station, or retail environment
- 3+ years of experience handling cash and completing shift reports
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math and POS system operation skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
