Job Description
Our team at Kyivstar.Tech is looking for a new colleague or colleague on the role of Application Support Engineer (Ivanti / ITSM). We are a Ukrainian hybrid IT company, resident of DIA.City. Our mission is to change lives in Ukraine and the world, creating technological solutions and products that realize the potential of companies and user needs.
Requirements
- Not less than 3 years of experience in the IT field
- At least 2 years of experience in software administration
- Higher education
- Skills in analysis, localization of problems, and testing software
- Ability to work with technical documentation
- Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL
- Experience working with Oracle and MS SQL Server databases
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Unix OS
