We are looking for a Support engineer about the role of Support engineer. Responsibilities: Analyze the needs of internal customers interact with technical and business teams to build effective solutions. Investigate and improve IT system architecture identify bottlenecks propose solutions to optimize performance and reliability. Provide support for chatbot and web application including business process logic API integrations external services. Form and maintain technical documentation schemas architecture regulations and instructions. Prepare monitoring requirements alerts and backup of services analyze incidents resolve service failures provide quick and high-quality feedback. Collaborate with development teams DevOps QA to ensure stability and reliability of the product Provide support for API resolve issues with JSON/XML REST WebSocket integrations. Work with logs and metrics to identify causes of malfunctions Kibana Grafana Loki Prometheus etc.
