Job Description
Company Kyivstar is looking for a Main Lawyer who can combine strategic understanding of corporate management with practical business support, ensuring transparency, legality, and stability of corporate processes.
Requirements
- Higher legal education
- Experience in corporate management and/or legal support, supervision of corporate/operational management bodies
- Deep knowledge of land, civil, and business law
- Experience working with regulatory bodies in the energy sector
- Experience in conducting pre-trial and trial work
- Understanding of main environmental legislation
- Experience in managing a legal function or team (will be an advantage)
- Availability of a lawyer's certificate (will be an advantage)
- English language - Upper-Intermediate level and above
- High level of responsibility and stress resistance, ability to work in multi-tasking conditions, analytical thinking, diplomacy
