Job Description
The Senior Manager of Client Base will analyze the existing and potential client base of B2B to identify opportunities for monetization, detect risks of client churn, and form an analytical basis for business decision-making. The role involves investigating client behavior, generating ideas for new campaigns, and monitoring key client base indicators. The ideal candidate will have a higher education in economics, finance, analytics, marketing, or mathematics, and at least 2 years of experience in analytics.
Requirements
- Higher education in economics, finance, analytics, marketing, or mathematics
- At least 2 years of experience in analytics (preferably in telecommunications or B2B segment)
- Fluent English skills (B1-B2 level)
- Detailed knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Developed analytical thinking, a systemic approach to working with data, high level of self-organization
