Kymera is seeking a Vice President, Pharmaceutical Development to lead the company's pharmaceutical development strategy, drive innovation in formulation sciences, and lead a high-performing team.
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline
- 18+ years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience
- Strong understanding of preformulation, biopharmaceutics, formulation development, and oral solid dose drug product manufacturing for small molecules
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
