Job Description
Kymera is a clinical-stage biotechnology company pioneering the field of targeted protein degradation (TPD) to develop medicines that address critical health problems and have the potential to dramatically improve patients’ lives. The Vice President, Program Management is a strategic and operational leader responsible for leading Kymera’s Program Management / Office function from early discovery through development and commercialization.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (PhD, MD, PharmD, or equivalent) and 15+ years of experience in biotech/pharma
- 8+ years in program management or cross-functional leadership roles
- Strong understanding of regulatory, clinical, CMC, and commercial considerations
- Alliance management or partnered program experience
- Portfolio governance design and implementation experience
