As a Dementia Lead, you will be responsible for leading person-centred dementia care, promoting meaningful engagement, and ensuring strong compliance with the Mental Capacity Act and DoLS.
Requirements
- RGN/RMN
- Experience working with people living with dementia in a care setting
- Strong knowledge of person-centred dementia care
- Good understanding of the Mental Capacity Act and best interest decision-making
- Experience developing or reviewing care plans
- Ability to educate and support staff practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
