Service Technician

As a technician, you will travel to customers' locations, diagnose and repair equipment, and provide on-going training to enhance user productivity. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Computer literacy and basic knowledge of networking
• Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record
• Ability to install/diagnose a network printer
• Ability to read and follow technical schematics and service manuals
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical failures
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Physical requirements: ability to bend, lift 50 pounds
