Job Description
L.A. Care Health Plan is seeking a Customer Engagement and Experience Quality Assurance Auditor II to monitor and improve the quality performance of the Contact Center team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of quality assurance experience in healthcare's Member Services or Quality Assurance, with knowledge of Medi-Cal, Medicare, and Covered California.
Requirements
- Conduct audits to ensure regulatory and quality requirements are met
- Monitor call center performance against key performance indicators
- Analyze data and documentation to identify areas for improvement
- Create and update Desk Level Procedures for supporting units
