The Process Improvement Engineer II is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and implementing solutions to improve operational efficiency, quality, and effectiveness across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or Related Field
- At least 5 years of experience in process improvement, industrial engineering, operations, or related experience
- Experience leading Lean Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Experience with data collection, statistical analysis, and process modeling tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and change management skills to drive measurable improvements in performance, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction
- Proficient skills with process improvement tools (process mapping, root cause analysis, value stream mapping)
- Proficient skills with data analysis software (Excel, Minitab, SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams
- Ability to influence employees at all levels of the organization
- Ability to adapt and lead organizational change in dynamic and complex settings
