Process Improvement Engineer II

The Process Improvement Engineer II is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and implementing solutions to improve operational efficiency, quality, and effectiveness across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or Related Field
• At least 5 years of experience in process improvement, industrial engineering, operations, or related experience
• Experience leading Lean Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiatives with measurable outcomes
• Experience with data collection, statistical analysis, and process modeling tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and change management skills to drive measurable improvements in performance, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction
• Proficient skills with process improvement tools (process mapping, root cause analysis, value stream mapping)
• Proficient skills with data analysis software (Excel, Minitab, SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams
• Ability to influence employees at all levels of the organization
• Ability to adapt and lead organizational change in dynamic and complex settings
