Job Description
L.A. Care Health Plan seeks a Supervisor, Care Management to oversee daily activities, ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness, and assist in triaging issues/problems. The position supports the CM Manager and is responsible for hiring, supervising, coaching, training, disciplining, and motivating direct-reports.
Requirements
- Supervises daily activities of Case Management staff
- Monitors performance and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Identifies training needs and develops programs, training materials, and orientation checklists
- Ensures department compliance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations
