L-Acoustics is seeking a Director of Sales, EMEA North to accelerate market expansion and reinforce leadership across the region. The ideal candidate will bring a deep strategic understanding of the European AV integration landscape and a demonstrated track record in complex sales environments.
Requirements
- Master's degree in business management or equivalent
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in Sales and Business Development leadership roles
- Experience within a technology driven company, ideally in a BtoB environment
- Deep expertise across integration partners in AV industry in Northern Europe
- Proven expertise in developing effective strategies in close collaboration with global functional leadership
- Strong people leader with demonstrated ability to build & develop teams and influence in a complex matrix organization
