Job Description
The Client Services Assistant is a critical support and leadership role at L&E Research, ensuring facilities are prepared, projects run smoothly, and team members are supported in delivering exceptional client experiences.
Requirements
- Previous experience as Sr. CSR or equivalent mentorship and service experience
- Full-time availability with flexibility in schedule
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and transportation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams), cloud storage (OneDrive), and general office tech
- Ability to stand for extended periods on hard flooring, and to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 25 pounds
