Requirements

• Safety: Demonstrates ability to create a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
• Communication: Conducts self at all times according to the highest ethical and moral standards
• Course Curriculum: Has a firm understanding of course content and can teach in a relaxed, clear and confident manner to a variety of participants
• Health and Safety Requirement: Contributes to a safe and healthy workplace by following all safety policies and procedures
• First Aid/CPR certification/training
• Certification or specialized training in outdoor related activities
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate participants
