Requirements

• Safety and First Aid/CPR certification/training
• Proven experience planning, organizing and leading outdoor experience trips
• Certification or specialized training in outdoor related activities
• Leadership skills, ability to develop and motivate participants
• Time management and organization skills
• Interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Expertise in active gear for the activity
• Retail experience
