Job Description
Reporting to the Branch Manager, this full-time role assists members with financial transactions, offers financial solutions, and connects members with the correct channel of services.
Requirements
- 1. Receive and process member financial transactions
- 2. Inspect and approve checks for deposit or cash
- 3. Welcome members and provide routine information
- 4. Assist in training new employees
- 5. Cross-sell credit union services
- 6. Answer department or branch phones promptly
- 7. Balance cash drawer and conduct daily transactions
- 8. Cooperate with coworkers and maintain a neat work area
- 9. Practice confidentiality
- 10. Manage branch vaults
- 11. Responsible for the Ceto report daily
- 12. Open new member share and share draft accounts
