Job Description
La Clinica de Familia is a FQHC with several locations in Southern New Mexico. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist with front office functions and provide effective customer service to patients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, bilingual English/Spanish, and high attention to detail.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent and/or completion of a medical terminology course
- One-year experience in a records department preferred
- Ability to work in high stress environment
