Job Description
La Clinica de Familia is seeking a Home Visitor to work with families in the Early Head Start Program, supporting the building of mutual trust and developing family goals and objectives. The Home Visitor will collaborate with families, community services, and resources to access services and support family needs.
Requirements
- Home-based CDA credential or comparable credential
- Comparable coursework as part of an Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Strong skills in organization and analytical processes
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a variety of spreadsheet programs
