La Fosse is hiring a Principal Recruitment Consultant - SAP to join their top-performing Business Systems division. The role involves building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, sourcing high-quality candidates, and managing the recruitment process. The ideal candidate has proven experience in a 360 recruitment role, strong business development and client relationship management skills, and the ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role within Business Systems
• Strong track record of business development and client relationship management
• Ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle with professionalism and attention to detail
• Solid negotiation and offer management skills, with a commercial mindset
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and build trust
• Collaborative, team-first mindset, with a proactive approach to hitting personal and shared targets
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders at once
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Bullhorn experience is a plus) and an understanding of recruitment compliance and best practices
