Job Description
Join our team as a Cook Lead at La Posada at Pusch Ridge, a brand-new luxury continuous care retirement community in Oro Valley, AZ. As a Cook Lead, you will assist in supervising kitchen staff, ensuring top-quality food preparation, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and sanitation.
Requirements
- Two years of kitchen experience in a high-volume or upscale dining environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and supervise kitchen staff.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with residents, guests, and team members.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Basic computer skills and experience with commercial kitchen equipment.
