• Promote In-home design program
• Provide coaching, training, and support to sales teams
• Ensure staff deliver exceptional customer service
• Build a motivated and cohesive team
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff
• Ensure the store and team consistently reflect the company's brand image and values
• Champion the delivery of a branded customer experience
• Support company-wide marketing initiatives and promotions
• Resolve customer concerns and other issues
• Support planning and executing sales promotion and events
• Collaborate with support teams to ensure flawless execution of operational excellence
• Uphold brand visual standards in the store
