• Promote In-home design program
• Champion and role model the selling process
• Provide coaching, training, and support to sales teams
• Ensure staff deliver exceptional customer service

• Recruit, train, and mentor staff
• Ensure the store and team consistently reflect the company's brand image
• Support company-wide marketing initiatives and promotions
• Resolve customer concerns and other issues
