Job Description
Join La-Z-Boy Incorporated as an Upholstery Designer II and assist a multidisciplinary team in creating and developing upholstery and polymer requirements for new products. This role is pivotal in driving product and process innovation while ensuring quality and craftsmanship of upholstery products.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED with 0-2 years of work experience or equivalent
- Ability to interpret part prints
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders
