We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us hire strong, motivated and "our" people on the Czech market. This role is not about "closing vacancies," but about partnership with business, analytics, strategy, and recruitment function development.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Free possession of the Czech language (C1-C2) - mandatory
- English - Intermediate level (for internal communication)
- Self-organization, attention to detail, love for structure
- Analytical thinking and ability to work with metrics
- Proactivity and willingness to improve processes
